Want to learn how to make the easiest vegan pancakes ever? Then come with us to learn this recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cup white wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons demerara or crystal sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 cup vegetal milk (soy, hazelnut, oat…)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar or lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, and salt, then mix.
  2. Add the soy milk, oil, vinegar, and mix well, with a fouet or fork.
  3. Add the baking powder and mix to spread over the dough.
  4. In a medium frying pan, put a dash of oil, or a little bit of vegetable margarine, and add a layer of dough about 0.5 cm.
  5. Let it fry, and when the pancake is golden brown, turn it over to fry the other side.
  6. Repeat the process with the rest of the dough.
  7. The quantity of pancakes will depend on the size of your pan.
  8. Serve with whatever you prefer!
