Lemon Mousse with Condensed Milk is a simple balanced dessert that can be served for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can fresh cream
  • 10 Lemons (juice)

Instructions

  1. Mix the condensed milk with the heavy cream.
  2. To balance the sweetness, add the condensed milk little by little and see if it is to your liking.
  3. Place the mixture in a blender and blend for a few minutes until it doubles in size.
  4. You will see that the mixture is frothy.
  5. Add half of the lemon juice and blend again.
  6. Taste it, and if the lemon flavor is weak, gradually add more and more until it is to your liking.
  7. Transfer the mixture to individual bowls and put some lemon zest on top to garnish.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
