Condensed Milk Pudding

Although it is not a very common recipe, we are sure that taking the risk to prepare this dish will be very rewarding.

Very famous among Brazilian Christmases, the condensed milk pudding is one of the desserts that can never be missing in the christmas dinner!


  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 cans of milk
  • 4 eggs


  1. Bring the water and sugar to a boil in the pudding mold and let it boil until it turns caramel.
  2. Beat everything in a blender or mixer, pour it over the caramelized form, cover with aluminum foil and bake in a bain-marie until firm.
  3. From 30 minutes to 1h:30min, depending on your oven.
  4. If you want it without holes, bake it at 180ºC and pour cold water in the water bath.
  5. If you want it with holes, bake it at 220ºC with a very hot water bath.
