  • 1 kg beef loin
  • ½ liter of white wine
  • ¼ cup of white vinegar
  • 5 cloves of Garlic
  • 3 tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 1 cube of Beef Broth
  • 1 pinch of Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • 1 coffeespoon cumin
  • 1 pinch of salt to taste


  1. To begin this oven-roasted loin, place the olive oil, meat, finely chopped garlic cloves, wine, broth, vinegar, oregano, cumin and salt to taste in a baking dish.
  2. You should leave the previous preparation for at least two hours, ideally overnight, so that the loin tastes better.
  3. Before putting the loin in the oven, mince three cloves of garlic and put it in the meat.
  4. Bake the loin in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
  5. When you open the oven, you should water the tenderloin with the sauce, so that it tastes like the sauce and doesn’t get dry.
  6. Your oven-roasted loin is ready!
